• Returns are not accepted if the product is opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong cosmetic product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supportpandianstore@gmail.com with your order details and photos.

2. Jewelry

• Returns and refund requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

• We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery of returns.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (via PhonePe).
